Barbecue is all about friends, family, and loved ones and serving up good times and good food with people who matter the most. It's why we started Firefly Barbecue. A range of delicious barbecue sauces, rubs, seasonings, and chilli sauces to help make these moments even more special. Our BBQ rubs, BBQ sauces, and condiments come in all sorts of marvellous flavours, using the freshest, most authentic, and most natural ingredients to elevate your meals. All are sustainably sourced to care for our Planet, too. We hope you enjoy trying these luxury rubs, seasonings, and sauces and sharing them as much as we enjoyed making them.

You don't have to compromise when home cooking; our rubs and sauces have incredible flavour and are good for you. Firefly Barbecue makes life more delicious, exciting, and extraordinary. Our BBQ rubs and BBQ sauces are packed with flavour, taste great, and contain no flavour enhancers or artificial preservatives. Our chilli sauces aren't crazy hot (ok, one is); they are just right so that you can taste all the flavour and not just heat.

 

FireFly Barbecue are a Great Taste Producer and hold over 25 Great Taste Awards from 2017 to 2023. Internationally, Firefly Barbecue won 1st prize at the American Royal 2019, the biggest BBQ competition in the world for the Best BBQ Sauce on the Planet with their Competition Sauce. In 2020, Korean BBQ Sauce won 1st Prize at the NYC Sauce King for Best International Sauce. At the Clifton Chilli Awards hosted by the Clifton Chilli Club, who are experts in all things, FireFly Barbecue won 3 Silver and 4 Bronze Awards in 2022.

 

We produce in small batches using the freshest herbs and spices we source from around the world for the freshest, most authentic flavour. Our uncompromising approach means that we strive to find the very best ingredients for all of our products. As foodies, we were interested in what was in our food, and when we became a family, we wanted to avoid using certain products. Not because they are harmful or evil; we just didn't want to. So we don't use E621 (MSG) or E631 (Disodium inosinate), another flavour enhancer made from meat, and we don't use dairy additives or alcohol.
