Red Wine Smoking Chips

The red wine is a noble drink, macerated in oak barrels for the best result. The oak helps the ageing, changing the taste, colour and flavour of the wine. When this maceration process ends, the oak wood maintains the flavour and aroma of the wine.

Whisky Smoking Chips

Brandy Smoking Chips

Brandy is a drink with a high alcohol content between 36-40°, obtained by distilling wine. Its design is based on the heating and evaporation of the alcohol in the wine, and subsequent recovery of the brandy in oak barrels. After preparation, the barrel is emptied so that the taste and smell of the liquor is captured in the wood.

Sherry is a fortified wine from white grapes, mainly Palomino grapes, grown near the town of Jerez de la Frontera, Spain. The fortified wine is stored in oak barrels, a process by which the liquid left to age in oak changes the taste, colour and aroma. After preparation, the barrel is emptied so that the taste and smell of sherry remains trapped in the oak wood.
