We like to use our chips for shorter cooks or smaller things like sausages or chicken thighs/breasts because they give off a lot of smoke in a short amount of time, and add flavour quickly. Chips are also used on gas BBQ in conjunction with the smoker box.
All of our woods are free from bark and are specifically harvested, from sustainable forests, for food smoking.
