One of the best accompaniments, this chilli sauce will add a lovely fruity depth to any meat or fish dish. Made with the fragrant Peruvian Aji Amarillo chilli, flavoursome and spicy that will compliment and liven up all your favourite dishes with its light and fruity flavour. Made from a traditional Peruvian recipe only fresh chillies, not dried, and all natural ingredients, with no artificial flavours, colours or additives. The sauce contains pure fresh chillies giving them a distinctive rich, natural flavour, not just heat. This is a wonderful creamy, garlic sauce, mild heat, and with a little acidity after note.

How to Use: Traditionally served as an accompaniment to Ceviche we found it is wonderful with any fish especially salmon. Can be used just like a mayonnaise for a fantastic coleslaw, potato salad, or as a dip for fries.
