With Sweet Tennessee to the North and Spicy Louisiana to the South, Mississippi BBQ is a sure melting pot of different flavours and styles. Called a master rub because of its versatility and ease of use, it goes well with chicken, pork, and beef. It is not too spicy and not too sweet.

How to use it: This is a good all-purpose rub for any cut of beef, pork, lamb, chicken, or fish. Sprinkle it on heavily, and cook over an indirect heat. When grilling or in a pan keep a watchful eye out for charring or scorching.
