Fino BBQ Smoking Chips

Fino is a white wine, dry and full of light, with a delicate colour and fragrance.

Made of Palomino grapes, reaching 15-15.5 degrees of alcohol in volume and is kept at least 4-5 years to mature in oak barrels. After preparation, the barrel is emptied so that the taste and smell remains trapped in the oak wood.

These barrels are turned into chips which unite the quality of the oak wood with the character of the unchanged wine, resulting in being an ideal complement to cooked foods on grills or gas ovens.

Fino wine offers intense flavours, soft and light with a delicate almond flavour.

How to use:

Before cooking, soak your wood chips in water for about 30-60 minutes.

Charcoal Barbecues: Add a handful of pre-soaked chips onto your hot charcoal, spread it around to get an even smoke. The more chips – the more smoke!

Gas Barbecues: Follow your gas barbecue instructions.
