The 10-foot food probe provides a longer length than our standard 6-foot food probes.

BBQ Guru digital thermometer probes are engineered to the highest standards to ensure accuracy. Unlike inferior thermistor probes, our high quality thermocouple probes provide greater temperature tracking precision. Probes are rated for temperatures up to 500 °F (260 °C) and the sturdy sheathed wires are used to protect against breakage, heat, or errors while cooking.

Note: For probes to maintain the highest level of accuracy, do not allow probes to go directly into flames or coals that would exceed the maximum range of 500 °F (260 °C). In addition, avoid pinching or crushing the probe cables as they need to send probe data back to the temperature control without hindrance.
