Everyone likes something with a little bite every now and again, but what is the point of heat with no flavour? So when we decided to make some chilli sauces and rubs the first thing we did was start with flavour then add heat. So you will find hotter out there but not tastier not some thing that you can actually use and not gather dust in the cupboard.

We never use extract and always the real chilli for a true flavour, and after burn.

We always use the chilli stated and you wont see a cheaper chilli padding out the ingredients list.
